Is there a minimum age requirement?

There is no strict minimum age, but we recommend that children be at least 8 years old. The controllers may be too large for young children's hands, and the controls require a level of skill to operate. We want to avoid any potential frustration, and an age of 8 and up is best suited for this type of experience.

Can parents accompany their children?

Absolutely! Parents are more than welcome to accompany their children to offer support and encouragement. There is no additional fee for doing so.

The Experience

What should I wear?

No special type of clothing is required. Those who are participating in the Operator Experience will be provided with an official worker's vest and safety helmet (This is purely for immersion)

Do you provide food or drinks?

While we don't provide food or drinks, there is a café at the first floor where a variety of food and beverages can be purchased. Food and drinks may be bought upstairs and consumed on the tables surrounding the playbox.

Can siblings or friends share one vehicle?

No. The booking is for the named person only. Our sessions are designed for individual participation.

Safety & Rules

Are the sessions supervised?

Yes, a trained staff member is always present to provide guidance, manage the sessions, and ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.

Are guests allowed to enter the playbox?

No. For the safety of all guests, entering the playbox is strictly prohibited. While they may look like toys, these are powerful remote controlled vehicles that can cause injury if not operated properly. Any person who enters the playbox will be asked to leave the area immediately.

Location & Accessibility

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have 8 dedicated parking spots available for our customers.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?

No, our facility and the playbox area are located at the third floor and there is no elevator.
